Dangote Advances Ethiopia’s Fertiliser Complex with New Equipment Contract

Dangote Industries awarded Spain’s Técnicas Reunidas a contract for two hydrogen reformers for its planned Gode fertiliser complex, with the development reported on 29 October 2026. The equipment will support ammonia and urea production, while the wider fertiliser project represents a planned investment of more than US$4 billion. The individual reformer contract value has not been disclosed.
