Serbia’s Manufacturing Sector Reports Loss of 18,178 Jobs

A report published on 1 November found that Serbian manufacturing had 18,178 fewer registered employees in the third quarter of 2026 compared with the same period a year earlier. The figures highlight potential demand for workforce restructuring, technical recruitment and employee training, although no dedicated HR programme budget was announced.
